1.0 Selection of wallpaper design shall be completed within 7 days from the invoice date.

2.0 Booking of installation date is based on first-comes, first-served basis and subjected to availability.

3.0 Surcharges are applicable for high wall, staircase, ceiling and outstation.

4.0 Any postponement or cancellation of booked installation date by customer will be subject to 30% surcharge.

5.0 All orders are subjected to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, notification will be given and option to select the from stock      with the equivalent value will be provided. However, goods sold are not exchangeable and refundable.

6.0 Surface and site preparation:

6.1 Wallpapers are advise to apply on cement/plaster wall, gypsum board. Other surface like metal, marble, stone, wood or tiles are not      recommended.

6.2 Remove any traces of dirt, old wallpaper or flaking paint.

6.3 Cracks and irregularities should be filled with a suitable filler.

6.4 All surfaces and site must be clean and dry and no any renovation work in progress during installation period.

6.5 Damp/ high humidity walls are not recommended for wallpaper installation or should be treated before installation.

6.6 Unsound paint should be sealed with an appropriate primer.

6.7 Surface painted with easy clean or easy wash paint either is smooth matt or sheen finishing are not recommanded for wallpaper installation or should be treated with layers of Maxilite water based emulsion paint before installation.

6.8 Creamy and white wall surface is highly recommended for best result.

7.0 All warranty claims are voided if failure to follow surface and site preparation or damage caused by human error, water leakage, existing building defect and sun exposure.

8.0 GST 6% (if applicable) shall be paid by customer.
